Cascina Adelaide Barolo Tasting Loft Event

Join us for an unforgettable evening as we journey through the stunning landscapes of Piedmont with Cascina Adelaide. Founded in 2000 and nestled at the foothills of the medieval castle of Barolo, Cascina Adelaide spans 12 hectares of exquisite vineyards. Ten of these hectares are dedicated exclusively to Nebbiolo, sourced from eight historic cru across five different towns within the Barolo region. The remaining two hectares are home to traditional local varieties such as Barbera, Langhe Nebbiolo, Dolcetto, and Nascetta.

The story of Cascina Adelaide began in 1962, when Amabile Drocco left his company to follow his dream of making wine. Three generations later, the winery is now in the passionate hands of his granddaughter, Chiara.

We’re thrilled to welcome Chiara as our special guest for the evening. She’ll share her family’s legacy and guide us through a tasting of their exceptional wines—a true expression of Barolo’s rich heritage.
