The Wines of Bordeaux Loft Event - Night 2 SATURDAY

 Join us to learn about the great wine region of Bordeaux! The wines of Bordeaux are some of the best and most sought-after in the world. During this event Jean-Sébastien Calvet, Northeast Sales Manager for Aquitaine Wine Company, will take you across the region and show you why Bordeaux is still perhaps the most important wine region in the world.

We will taste a number of truly great examples from all over the storied region. From Margaux to Pauillac and St. Emilion, these wines promise to be extraordinary. We will discuss the differences between left and right bank wines, explain the classification system in the region and even talk about how to read Bordeaux labels. While focusing primary on the red wines of this region, we also provide you with an excellent example of a white blend and famous sweet Sauternes.
