Join wine maker Christian Aliaga for a night all about Chilean wines! William Fevre, who is is best known for his Burgundian Premier Cru Chablis, first became involved in Chile in 1989. In 1991 he joined forces with local producer Victor Pino and William Fevre Chile was established. A winery was built in 1995 at Fundo San Luis de Pirque in the heart of the Maipo Valley. The company now owns multiple vineyards and grows many varietals including Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Carmenere. The combination of ripe new world fruit and French winemaking techniques has been spectacularly successful.
